You know, this really is an idea long since overdue. However, the word "saloon" kind of conjures images of the old west and a dusty bar that only serves whisky (maybe I've just been watching too much Deadwood). So, I am picturing some good-ole-boys throwing back shots while washing their chaps on a scrub board.
