We just updated our statistics and thought it could be fun to share. (We are writing real posts as well, I promise. There have been alot of logistics we need to sort out and that's been taking WAY to much time.)

SOME BRIEF STATISTICS...

Asia:

Shots Received: 12
Prescription Pills ordered: 382
Number of Countries Planned to Visit: 14
Number of Countries* Visited Thus Far: 13
Number of Times offered Drugs: 61
Hours Spent Waiting at the Airport: 67
Hours Spent/ Num. of times on a...
Plane: 35 hours/11 trips
Boat: 60 hours/15 trips
Bus: 225 hours/28 trips
Train: 82 hours/9 trips

Just to put some of the more fun numbers in persepective we've spent over nine days on busses and almost three days in the airport. Yikes!

Apparently the best way to see southeast Asia is through a bus window . . .

I'm curious to see how those train numbers change in the next two weeks.

Absolutely. A bus window makes a fantastic viewing screen of life in Asia... We like to think of it as our own personal Amazing Race! :)

Perhaps we need to do it more as a percentage of total time spent traveling! I don't know if that will make it look better or worse... as for trains, we are SOOOOOOOOOOO happy to be done with buses. THANK YOU ELIZABETH (for buying us our Indian train tix)!
